For women, we offer training in Shotokan
Karate, Kick Boxing, Aerobic
Kick Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed
Martial Arts as well as Women's
Self Defense classes. Our Women's Self Defense Program
is taught by an active duty
law enforcement officer.
For men, we offer instruction and training in Shotokan Karate, Kick
Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts as well as Self Defense
classes.
Our Law Enforcement Program, offered
to men and woman law enforcement officers, is run by Steve Rinker,
an active duty law enforcement officer. RMA offers Club Program discounts
to all active duty law enforcement officers.

RMA's instructors have a combined total
of over 65 years training in the martial arts. We offer instruction

clubs. We offer state of the art Zebra mats, mirrored and padded walls,
punching and kicking bags, men’s and women’s locker rooms,
